This sweet angelic voice answers the phone (Mrs. Pamela Mack) and I explained to her I had an emergency surgery a couple of days ago, and I am in need of some time to process my payment. Also what blew my mind is, I had a Hospital income/ supplemental health insurance policy with State Farm as well.
