"I called State Farm to informed them, I was going to be late with my auto insurance payment. This sweet angelic voice answers the phone (Mrs. Pamela Mack) and I explained to her I had an emergency surgery a couple of days ago, and I am in need of some time to process my payment. She dug right in and addressed my issue with my non payment, assuring me that I had some extra time. Also what blew my mind is, I had a Hospital income/ supplemental health insurance policy with State Farm as well. She educated me on the policy, while teaching me how to fill out the form properly and where to get the information that is needed.
